3. Hosting and Server Log Files

My website is hosted by Netcup GmbH (Daimlerstraße 25, 76185 Karlsruhe). We have concluded a data processing agreement (DPA) with the hosting provider in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. The provider automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us:

• Browser type and version
• Operating system used
• Referrer URL
• Hostname of the accessing computer
• Time of server request
• IP address (anonymized after 7 days)

The processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR from our legitimate interest in providing and technically operating our website.

4. Contact Form

When contacting us via our form, your information (name, email address, message) will be stored with us for processing the inquiry and for follow-up questions. We do not pass this data on without your consent. The processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (implementation of pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in answering your inquiry). The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer necessary for achieving the purpose for which it was collected.

Purpose of processing: Google reCAPTCHA serves to distinguish whether inputs are made by humans or abusively by automated programs.

Data transfer to the USA: Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

6. Google Reviews (Review Banner)

Purpose of processing: Display of customer reviews for building trust and informing our website visitors.

Processed data: When loading reviews, IP address and browser information may be transmitted to Google.

Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in displaying customer reviews).

7. Storage of Customer Data

We store invoice data and business correspondence for 10 years due to commercial and tax law requirements. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR (legal obligation).
